This Electrical Contact Solution is designed to be mixed with regular tap water to create a wetting solution for a sponge bottle reference electrode (Item # 15625 and Item # 15624) that has good wetting properties due to the mixed solution having a lower surface tension than that of regular water which enhances electrical contact of a sponge bottle reference electrode with a concrete surfaces.
